Lance Lucas graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Eonomics in 1984 and earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1987. After law school, Lance served as a pilot in the United States Air Force and is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He began practicing law in 1992 and has devoted his career to representing employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims. Lance was selected for inclusion in "Best Lawyers in America ® " in 2002. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1987 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
Lance is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, where he is a Member of the Workers' Compensation/Social Security section.
Ken Dietz received his B.S. from Northern Kentucky University in 1985 and earned his J.D., cum laude, from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1988.
He is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker at statewide and national workers’ compensation seminars for attorneys and claims professionals and has authored five workers' compensation publications. In 2020, Ken was appointed by Governor Andy Beshear to serve on the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Nominating Committee.
Ken has been selected for inclusion in "Super Lawyers" since 2008 and "Best Lawyers in America ® " since 2003, and was named in the National Registry of Who's Who in 2000. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association where he is a Member of the Workers' Compensation/Social Security section.
Ken was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1988. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
Chris Newell received his B.A in English and Philosophy from Centre College in 1984 and earned his J.D. from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 1999.
Chris’ practice is devoted to workers’ compensation litigation and civil litigation. Chris is a member of the Louisville Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association, where he is a Member of the Workers' Compensation/Social Security section.
Chris was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2000 and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky in 2006.
Sarah Rogers earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Communication from Hanover College in 2005 and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2008. During law school, she served as an associate editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review and as the Student Bar Association Vice President for two years.
Sarah is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association where she is a Member of the Workers' Compensation/Social Security section.
